  Dr. Sophia Usmani

  Dr. Sophia Usmani is an orthodontist operating out of Middletown, Delaware. She received her undergraduate degree with Honors from the University of Texas in Austin before enrolling in the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Dental Medicine, where she was awarded the Dean’s scholarship for academic excellence. Following her residency for general dentistry, she decided to specialize in orthodontics, and was later awarded the Orthodontic Research Award for her work on facial morphology and growth. She joined the Delaware Smile Center in 2011 and has been providing high-quality orthodontic care for patients ever since. Dr. Usmani is a certified Invisalign® provider, and her other services include 6 month braces, traditional metal or ceramic braces, lingual braces (or metal braces that are placed on the backs of the teeth), and more. Her experience and skill allow her to help diagnose and treat complex orthodontic concerns, and she works closely with the general and cosmetic dentists at Delaware Smile Center in order to ensure that her patients receive the most comprehensive care possible. Dr. Usmani prides herself on her gentle, compassionate, and informative approach to orthodontics, and she works closely with every patient in order to ensure optimal comfort and satisfaction.

  Dr. Sohaib Usmani

  Dr. Sohaib Usmani is a general, cosmetic, and restorative dentist operating in Middletown, Delaware. He received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. His clinical aptitude garnered him recognition from professors and peers alike, and he was tasked with tutoring his fellow students. After graduating, he decided to extend his education by enrolling in Christiana Care’s General Practice Residency. He continues to be active in the Delaware dentistry community, and he teaches classes once a week at Wilmington Hospital’s Dental Clinic, with a focus on implant dentistry. He is also a member of several prestigious and respected dental associations, including the American Dental Association, the Delaware State Dental Society, and the Delaware Valley Academy of Osseointegration. Dr. Usmani is proud to serve patients at the Delaware Smile Center alongside his brother, wife, and sister-in-law. He offers a range of dental treatments, including dental implants, porcelain veneers, dental crowns, routine exams and cleanings, teeth whitening, and more. Dr. Usmani also offers sedation dentistry and is skilled in the use of advanced dental technologies.   Dr. Saqib Usmani

  Dr. Saqib Usmani is a general and cosmetic dentist operating in Middletown, Delaware. In addition to providing quality dental care for patients at the Delaware Smile Center—which he runs alongside his brother, sister-in-law, and wife—he is also an attending faculty member at Christiana Hospital, overseeing the General Dentistry Practice Residency Program. Dr. Usmani offers a range of treatments designed to help restore, renew, protect, and enhance dental function, appearance, and overall health. These treatments include dental implants, porcelain veneers, teeth whitening, routine dental exams and cleanings, dental crowns, gum grafting, and more. He also offers sedation dentistry options and a variety of advanced technologies, which can help make visiting the dentist more comfortable, efficient, and relaxing. Dr. Usmani graduated at the top of his class from Temple University’s School of Dentistry, and he is committed to continuing his education. After graduation, he accepted a position in Christiana Care’s General Practice Residency. He is an active member of several prestigious and respected dental organizations, including the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Academy of Osseointegration.
